'THE CHANGE' SCHOOL' -Â AÂ PERIMENOPAUSE PROGRAM
My online program has everything you need to know to change the quality of your peri/menopause life, and I give you the tools you need to be able to execute your new knowledge easily and fuss free.
I'm not about hours in the kitchen OR the gym for that matter. Simple (but tasty) food and quick but effective exercise does the trick. You won't find anything fancy of trifficult (tricky-difficult) here.
PILATES
In my private Pilates classes, I have a strong focus on strengthening the core, as well as working on spine and hip flexibility and posture.
These are the key things we need to get strong and working for us now so that we can carry our good health and strength into our grandparent days and still be active and mobile! No osteoporosis or hip breaks for us!
