Hi there, I'm Mel...

I'm a Melbourne Nutritionist that works with women across Australia.

My mission is to improve the quality of your life...

I make this possible through the use of food and nutrition, so you can enjoy your life the way you are meant to.

Believe me when I say, I've been in your shoes... 

My Reality

Although I was an extremely healthy and active teenager, I made some unhealthy decisions that led me into adulthood. I smoked. A lot. I relied heavily on sugar and processed foods to give me enough energy to get through my day, and I even stopped exercising.

All in all, I was a textbook example of poor health and lifestyle choices, and over time, those choices created complications that well… kind of changed me.

I found myself burnt out, lacking energy, bloated and experiencing problematic periods that I intuitively knew were just not right.

This wasn’t the way that I was supposed to feel. And it certainly wasn’t the way that I wanted to live.

But I wasn’t sure what to do about it… yet.

After numerous visits to different health professionals who were unable to help me feel much better, I decided to take matters into my own hands.

I WANTED to feel good again.

My Journey

I knew there was a way, and it was time for me to find it. I quit smoking (which was incredibly hard), and I began to research the impacts food and nutrition could have on my body.

Based on what I learned, I decided I needed to change my life to incorporate a healthier and more focused approach to nutrition. This, alongside my rediscovery of movement, meant that I was finally able to take control of my energy, my periods and my happiness.

The changes I needed to make were so simple, and I felt better than I had in such a long time after making them.

Better than I had dared to hope I could.

I felt energised again. I felt happy. I felt like me.

From there, I completed an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine as well as Certificates in Personal Training, Group Fitness and as a qualified as Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor.

Finally I felt like I was armed with knowledge that would really make a difference as a Melbourne Nutritionist.

My Service To You...

I knew that I needed to share this knowledge with other women feeling stuck and unheard like I had felt.

Women who are sick of feeling like an exhausted shadow of their former selves. Women who know that there is a better way to live. Women just like you.

Your health and happiness is linked to the foods that you eat. And I am here to show you how your food, nutrition and lifestyle choices can have a profound impact on your energy, your mental clarity and your hormone health.

And even more importantly than that? I am here to show you how you can feel so much better.

You deserve this. It is within your power.

And I cannot wait to help you change your life.
